We're launching a licensed adult fitness program — New Body Boot Camp® — inside an established sports training facility, and we're looking for someone to run it start to finish: lead the sessions and manage the day-to-day business. This is a great fit for a trainer who wants to build and run their own client base without the overhead of opening their own space. You'll get a fully-equipped facility, a proven program, and full ownership of running it — training, scheduling, member relationships, and growth.

What You'll Do:

∙ Lead small-group adult fitness sessions, weekday mornings (roughly 6:00-9:30am window) ∙ Use pre-built, structured workouts — 300+ ready-to-run sessions provided ∙ Manage day-to-day operations: scheduling, member communication, retention ∙ Build and grow a steady member base (members typically join on 12-18 month terms) ∙ Operate independently once trained and onboarded — this is your program to run

What We're Looking For:

NASM/ACE

certified personal trainer (or equivalent) ∙ Comfortable running group sessions and handling the business side, not just 1:1 training ∙ Self-directed, reliable, and organized — this role has real ownership and responsibility ∙ Interested in building something long-term, not just a one-off gig
