We are looking for dynamic, team players who are passionate about pets to lead our team. We are looking for a leader with management and pet care experience . We are happy to provide the training and coaching you need to move up the learning curve! The daycare manager role would include:

• dual role-includes daycare group play supervision and office time including talking to parents about pet interactions in group play
• observing play of our group dogs to identify behavioral and training issues and noting these in our Gingr system
• observing and coaching group supervisor's to ensure they are following our codes of safety and pet handling on a daily basis
• notifying management of safety equipment needs and concerns
• notifying pet parents when there are behavioral concerns or opportunities for training by calling and making notes in the Gingr system
• training staff on group play practices, safety equipment, dog behavior and expectations
• (optional if dog training in background) training dogs on basic obedience and promoting our training program
• position FT most days will include group play supervision
