Pawsitive Vibes is looking for reliable, compassionate, and knowledgeable Freelance In-Home Dog Trainers to join our growing team! This is a flexible, contract-based opportunity for trainers who want to earn extra income on their own schedule. You choose when you're available—we simply contact you when a client needs training in your service area. What you'll do: Provide approximately 60-minute basic obedience training sessions in clients' homes or agreed-upon locations Teach foundational skills such as sit, down, stay, come, wait, place, leave it, and loose-leash walking Work with owners to help them understand and continue the training between sessions Use safe, humane, positive training methods Provide professional and respectful service in clients' homes Communicate with Pawsitive Vibes after completed appointments

Schedule:

Completely flexible—you choose your availability No minimum number of hours required Clients are offered to trainers based on availability and proximity We generally look for trainers within approximately a 45-minute travel radius You can accept or decline individual appointments based on your schedule

Pay:

$45 per completed 60-minute training session Flexible gig-style work with no required weekly schedule Opportunities for additional appointments as our client base grows We're looking for someone who: Has experience working with dogs and/or dog training Is comfortable handling different breeds, sizes, and temperaments Is patient, dependable, and professional Can confidently communicate training techniques to dog owners Has reliable transportation Is comfortable traveling to clients' homes Prior professional training experience or certification is a plus, but not necessarily required for the right candidate How our process works:

After an initial interview, selected applicants will complete a brief practical demonstration with a dog. This allows us to see your handling skills, communication style, and approach to basic obedience before sending you to clients.

Important:
