About Us The Lifestyle Collective (TLC) is a Santa Monica-based health and wellness management company dedicated to supporting our clients' overall wellbeing through holistic, integrative care. We are seeking a certified, compassionate, and skilled Breathwork & Sound Healing Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team of wellness professionals. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one breathwork and sound healing/sound bath sessions tailored to each client's individual needs Facilitate sessions in person and/or virtually, depending on client and practitioner needs Guide clients through mindful, trauma-informed, somatic, or other appropriately trained breathwork practices that support relaxation, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and overall wellbeing Facilitate sound baths and/or sound healing sessions using appropriate instruments and techniques to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation Create a safe, professional, welcoming, and supportive environment for clients Collaborate with TLC's therapists, wellness practitioners, and other providers as part of an integrative care approach Communicate professionally and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and other members of the TLC team Maintain all required certifications, training, and professional liability insurance Maintain appropriate documentation and communicate relevant session updates to the TLC team as needed Requirements Current certification or formal training in breathwork facilitation Formal training, certification, or demonstrated experience in sound healing, sound baths, or sound therapy Active professional liability insurance Prior experience providing one-on-one wellness sessions in a professional or therapeutic setting preferred Strong communication skills and a warm, client-centered approach Ability to work independently and professionally as an independent contractor Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary wellness environment Commitment to practicing within the scope of your training, certifications, and professional experience Why Work With Us?
