Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable hair care or retail products. Upsell retail items like hair care products, styling tools, or nail care essentials to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue. Mentor junior team members and assist with front desk duties to ensure smooth salon operations. Stay updated on current trends in hair styling, coloring techniques, and grooming tools to provide innovative services. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license from an accredited licensing board. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in haircutting, styling, coloring, and grooming techniques. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and salon safety standards. Familiarity with salon management software such as

for scheduling and client management. Skilled in customer service with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships. Experience with retail sales, upselling strategies, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities. Knowledge of advanced techniques including eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, hair threading, and hair extensions is a plus.
