Store Manager This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients over the phone and upon their arrival in the store, manages appointment scheduling, assists with customer service inquiries, supports sales staff, and maintains accurate reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced sales environment.
Administrative Support Operational. Prior retail, salon, or stylist experience is a plus. Manage front desk operations and greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner. Assist with Wig and Hairpiece Styling and Maintenance Saturday's are mandatory Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments using salon management software. Maintain accurate client records and service history. Process client transactions via point-of-sale system. Prepare daily reports, verify appointment schedules, and administrative documentation. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after client visits. Understand customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Track supplies and maintain adequate stock levels. Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable. Coordinate with sales representative and management to optimize appointment flow. High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in retail administration is required. 3 - 5 years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or salon/spa experience preferred. Experience using scheduling or point-of-sale software required. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic bookkeeping and cash-handling experience. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to go up and down a stepladder frequently throughout the day. Positive and energetic attitude. Team-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset.
