Responsibilities Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and straight razor techniques with precision and attention to detail Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and barbershop policies Use barbershop software such as Square to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Offer expert advice on hair care, retail products, and styling options to enhance client satisfaction and promote upselling opportunities Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license in accordance with state regulations Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on barbering and men's hairstyling Proficiency in shop software such as Square for scheduling and client management Skilled in men's hair styling techniques including straight razor work Knowledge of sanitation standards, shop management practices, and willingness to learn about product lines sold in the shop Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide excellent customer service Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed Join us today to bring your passion for men's grooming and styling to life!
