In this dynamic role, you will provide expert hair styling, braiding, Locitian and grooming services that empower clients to look and feel their best. Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair services including braiding, hair styling, coloring, extensions, and hair threading with precision and care. Deliver expert eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care treatments to enhance client beauty routines. For qualified personnel. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment. Use salon software such to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Provide excellent client communication by understanding their needs, offering professional advice on hair care and retail products, and upselling where appropriate. Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and handling retail transactions with retail math skills. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair coloring, hair care, and styling to foster a collaborative team environment. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or barbering certification required; experience working in the beauty industry is highly preferred. Proficiency with salon software or similar platforms for appointment management. Strong knowledge of hair care products, color theory, hair extensions, and styling techniques. Skilled in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Excellent communication skills for client consultation and team collaboration. Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and store management is a plus. Ability to perform specialized services including straight razor shaves, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and threading with precision.
