What You'll Do Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized service recommendations Build lasting relationships with guests through excellent communication and service Recommend professional haircare products based on each guest's needs Confidently recommend additional services when they will benefit the guest Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Participate in team meetings, salon education, and ongoing training Contribute to a positive, collaborative salon culture What We're Looking For Active Indiana Cosmetology License Previous salon experience Strong communication and guest service skills Confidence in consultations and service recommendations Retail experience and an understanding of professional haircare products Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a busy salon environment Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude A genuine interest in continued education and professional growth How Our Level System Works Salon 01 operates on a level-based, commission-driven Summit Salon system . Your career path is structured around measurable goals, education, and performance. New team members begin at an hourly rate based on their experience and certifications while completing training and working toward the goals required to transition to commission. Once you transition to commission, you advance through our level system as you grow your skills, clientele, and performance. There are no service charge deductions from your commission.
