Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision to enhance client appearance. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff. Offer expert advice on hair care products and retail items through upselling strategies that benefit both clients and the salon. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide consultations on styles and treatments, and foster long-term relationships. Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing bookings, and supporting store management tasks as needed. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in barbering, hair threading, makeup application, and nail care to promote team growth. Familiarity with sanitation procedures aligned with industry standards to ensure a safe working environment. Ability to communicate clearly with clients about their desired looks while providing professional recommendations based on color theory and current trends. Experience in retail sales through upselling products such as hair care lines or styling tools to enhance client satisfaction. Skills in mentoring team members on advanced techniques like eyelash extensions or nail care are a plus.
