Responsibilities Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling to meet client needs and preferences Provide expert consultations on hair care, color theory, and styling options to ensure client satisfaction Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations and salon policies Utilize salon software such as Fresha for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking Assist clients with retail product recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their salon experience Experience Proven cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of current hair trends and techniques Experience working with diverse hair types and textures, Training is available for services and techniques you may not yet know how to provide . Familiarity with salon management software such as Fresha or similar platforms, Training is available Strong understanding of sanitation practices and store management procedures Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members Ability to perform additional beauty services such as nail, pedicure and waxing is a plus but not required.
