Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin treatment), esthetic laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Administer massage therapies such as deep tissue massage and relaxation techniques to promote client health and relaxation. Manage client consultations to recommend suitable treatments based on individual goals while ensuring clear communication about procedures and aftercare. Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations; ensure all tools and treatment areas are properly sterilized. Utilize salon software like Millennium and

for appointment scheduling, client records management, retail sales tracking, and front desk operations. Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and retail offerings effectively. Assist with retail sales by upselling products related to skincare, haircare, or wellness treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction. Support guest services by creating a welcoming environment, managing the front desk efficiently, and handling inquiries professionally. Requirements Valid Cosmetology license or Massage Therapy license from an accredited program; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or dermal fillers are a plus. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in hair styling, facial treatments, massage therapy, or aesthetic procedures. for scheduling and client management. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatments while building lasting relationships. Experience with Botox or dermal fillers administration; familiarity with injection techniques is highly desirable. Ability to perform chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, tattooing (if applicable), and other advanced aesthetic treatments confidently. Excellent sanitation practices aligned with industry standards; attention to detail in maintaining a clean environment. Skills in social media management for marketing purposes; experience with retail sales strategies including upselling is advantageous. A proactive attitude toward learning new techniques such as eyelash extensions or straight razor shaving; enthusiasm for staying current on industry trends.
