Barber (Commission-Based) - Just Cut It Studio | Astoria, NY About Us Just Cut It Studio is a modern barber studio located in Astoria, Queens, dedicated to delivering precision haircuts, exceptional customer service, and a professional experience. As our client demand continues to grow, we're looking for 2 motivated barbers to join our team. Whether you're an experienced barber, currently in barber school, or recently graduated, we'd love to hear from you. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Passion for barbering and customer service. Professional appearance and punctuality. Team player with a willingness to learn and grow. Commitment to delivering a premium client experience. Qualifications Licensed barbers are preferred but not required. Barber school students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. We can help eligible candidates obtain their Apprentice Barber License and guide them through the licensing process. Compensation & Benefits 60% commission on all services. 10% commission on retail product sales. Performance bonuses based on productivity and results.
