• What You'll Do:

• 1) Provide high-quality haircutting, styling, and color services to a steady flow of clients 2) Recommend and promote Great Clips retail products to support client haircare routines 3) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in accordance with salon and health guidelines 4) Collaborate with your salon team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet salon goals 5) Stay up to date on trends, tools, and techniques through ongoing paid training opportunities •

What We're Looking For:

• A current cosmetology or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and a passion for making people look and feel great
• Experience in hair services is preferred; knowledge of color theory is a plus
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and customer-first service practices
