Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling to boost store revenue. Communicate clearly with clients about their desired looks, hair health, and treatment options to ensure a positive experience. Mentor junior team members and collaborate with colleagues on store management tasks to foster a cohesive team environment. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with strong expertise in hair styling, coloring, and barbering techniques. Knowledge of sanitation practices, cosmetology standards, and store procedures. Skilled in hair care treatments Ability to perform precise detailed haircuts. Excellent communication skills for client consultation and retail sales upselling opportunities. Strong understanding of color theory and retail math to recommend suitable products effectively.
