Job Overview We are seeking skilled and passionate Barbers to join our dynamic team. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional grooming services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services while fostering a welcoming environment for all customers. Responsibilities Provide a variety of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims tailored to client preferences. Knowledge of Head Spa preferred. Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend appropriate styles. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Engage in retail sales by promoting hair care products and services to clients. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques. A book is preferred, but as we are not a walk-in salon, you will have to build up/add to your book with various social media and other marketing methods. Skills Knowledgeable in barbering principles and practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients about their grooming needs. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience through product recommendations. Pay:

$40.00 - $120.00 per hour
