In this role, you will be the go-to expert for delivering exceptional grooming and styling services, creating personalized looks that boost confidence and satisfaction. Your passion for hair care, combined with your mastery of barbering and styling techniques, will help elevate our clients' experience. Responsibilities Provide expert barbering and hairstyling services, including fades, shaves with straight razors, haircuts, and advanced styling techniques. Perform hair coloring, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care treatments to meet diverse client needs. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable hair care products or additional services. Upsell retail products effectively while delivering outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair threading, hair care techniques, color theory, and store management practices. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry. Demonstrated skills in hair styling and barbering techniques including straight razor shaves. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Excellent communication skills for client consultations, retail sales, and team collaboration. Experience with retail math and upselling strategies to promote product sales effectively. Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced salon environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
