Upsell retail products like hair care items, styling tools, and accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Mentor junior team members in techniques such as hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to foster a collaborative environment. Extensive experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair styling, coloring (including color theory), hair extensions, and barbering techniques like straight razor shaves. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about their hair care needs. Ability to perform specialized services including eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application, and nail care when needed. Familiarity with retail sales strategies such as upselling products and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities. Store management experience is a plus for overseeing daily operations and mentoring team members.
