We are offering a sign-on bonus for this position! You will receive $1,000 by your 1-year anniversary with NikkiCole's! (paid out $500 at the 6-month mark and the other $500 at the 12-month mark) Responsibilities Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools to ensure client safety. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Manage retail sales of hair care products and promote services effectively. Uphold the salon's standards of professionalism and customer service. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license required. Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Familiarity with retail sales strategies in the beauty industry is preferred. Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
