Twisted by Ellie Colour is looking for a skilled Loctician to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. This isn't a new start you'll step into an established loc clientele, working alongside a Master Loc Stylist in a fully furnished, collaborative salon. What Makes This Different Most stylist roles have you building a client base from zero. Here, loc clients already come through our doors. You'll earn a 70/30 commission split (70% to you) on that built-in clientele, so your income isn't dependent on how fast you can market yourself.

Responsibilities Perform loc services:

starter locs, retwists, loc repair, loc styling, and maintenance Consult with clients on loc health, hair type, and styling goals Maintain a clean, professional station and uphold shop hygiene standards Build genuine client relationships that keep them coming back What We Offer 70/30 commission split on built-in loc clientele Fully furnished chair, no equipment needed Shop-supplied basic backbar (bring your own specialty product) Ongoing, hands-on mentorship directly from a Master Loc Stylist Booking exposure through our shop's client network and booking app A warm, supportive team environment newer stylists work alongside experienced ones, so no one figures it out alone Who We're Looking For Experienced loc stylists, or newer stylists eager to grow under mentorship Valid cosmetology license Passion for loc care and client care alike Reliable, professional, and a team player To Apply Call or text 917-645-8362
