Offer personalized consultations to assess client needs, recommend suitable extension types, and explain maintenance routines. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations after each service to ensure client safety. Educate clients on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail options to promote healthy hair and ongoing maintenance. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software like MINDBODY or similar platforms; assist front desk staff as needed. Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and extension care items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on hair extensions, styling, or cosmetology. Strong knowledge of hair care principles, color theory, and advanced styling techniques including hair coloring and makeup application. Familiarity with salon software systems like

for scheduling and client management. Skilled in sanitation practices specific to hair services including sterilization of tools like straight razors and implements used in barbering or threading. Excellent communication skills for client consultation, retail sales upselling, and team collaboration. Experience mentoring junior staff or front desk responsibilities is a plus but not required.
