Admissions Reports to: Campus Director Position Summary The Admissions Representative is responsible for recruiting, enrolling, and supporting prospective students by guiding them through the admission process. This role serves as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing accurate program information, evaluating eligibility, and ensuring a positive, complaint enrollment experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to prospective student inquiries via phone call, voicemail, text, email, and in-person appointments. (Speed to Lead) Conduct admissions to virtual and in person interviews and career planning sessions. Present program offerings, ROI, USP's, enrollment requirements, schedules, and outcomes accurately and ethically. Evaluate and engage with applicants for eligibility according to our institutional regulatory standards. Meet individual and team enrollment goals while adhering to compliance requirements. Participate in outreach events, orientations, and campus tours. Provide ongoing support to students through start dates, onboarding, and graduation. (30 day) Highly engaged with social media - Post multiple daily videos and photos. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the student information system (CRM) and excel. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Sales, customer service, or admissions experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Comfortable with phone outreach and appointment and appointment setting Organized with strong follow-through Skills & Traits Self-motivated and results-driven Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong time management skills Passion for education and the beauty industry Team player with a competitive edge Performance Standards Meets or Exceeds the School's Expectations, Goals, and Quotas Performance will be evaluated based on overall achievement of enrollment goals, activity metrics, and assigned quotas (as needed, but at least Quarterly) 1%-15% | Unsatisfactory Requires a 30-day Performance Improvement Plan. 16%-29% | Needs Improvement Requires a 45-day Performance Improvement Plan. 30%-50% | Meets Some Expectations Requires a 60-90-day structured improvement plan. 51%-75% | Meets Expectations Requires continued development with a 90-120-day performance review period. 76%-100% | Exceeds Expectations Eligible to advance to the next evaluation period and considered in good standing.
