Experience is preferable but not required. We're a chill shop and we are growing daily. Pay is commission based at 60/40, 70/30 within the first year on services and 50% on products. We've had great luck with retaining barbers in the 10 years we've been open. We strive to create an environment that makes staff want to stay.
