What You'll Do:

Assist our experienced Hair Stylists in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Learn cutting-edge techniques and prepare yourself for a future as a full-fledged stylist. Provide support with various tasks, including setting up styling stations, mixing colors, and handling equipment. Ensure the salon maintains a pristine and welcoming environment by sweeping, sanitizing surfaces, and assisting with inventory. Greet and engage guests with a friendly, outgoing personality. Follow all salon policies and procedures, including equipment use, hygiene, and safety standards. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

Must know how to do a smooth blowdry with a round brush and use hot tools like curlers and starightners. You must know how to give a good scalp massage. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the beauty industry or current enrollment in a cosmetology program . Desire to learn and grow within a premium salon environment. Ability to work full-time, with flexibility to cover weekends and holidays. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
