As a Facility Beautician, you will be the go-to specialist for beauty services, ensuring every resident feels pampered, confident, and valued. This is a contract position. Applicant must possess a current unencumbered cosmetology license in the State of Arkansas and must currently have, or able to retain, liability insurance. Deliver a comprehensive suite of beauty treatments including hair styling. Provide exceptional service by greeting guests warmly, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations for products and services. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations and safety protocols. Proven experience in cosmetology and active cosmetology license in the State of Arkansas. Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple appointments and services seamlessly. Excellent communication skills to connect with guests and team members positively and professionally. Deep understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or salon environment.
