Position Description TITLE:

Guest Care -Locker Laundry Room Attendant •

Reports To:

Spa Director Primary Objective:

This position is responsible for great care of our guests, attention to detail of spa sanitation, and assisting service providers with set up and laundry needs. Grow LeMonds Salon - Spa as a profitable business through exceptional customer service, and keeping track of laundry and cleanliness of the spa. Ensure the buildings and equipment are clean & maintained Represent love of the Aveda and Inspire Greatness brands Support 100% Guest Satisfaction Spa rounds to ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of the spa Opening and closing procedures Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a verbal greeting Answer questions about general property information and amenities. Speak to guests and coworkers using clear, appropriate and professional language. Talk with and listen to other employees to effectively exchange information. Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of lockers and lounge amenities. Provide Spa/Salon Services Offer guests amenities such as water, tea, towels Monitor and stick to time schedule to stay on schedule throughout the day. Obtain linens/towels from Laundry and fold, stack, and store in designated locations. Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities for guests designated locations. Policies and Procedures Follow department and company safety and security policies to ensure a clean, safe and secure environment. Protect the privacy and security of guests Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information. Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to supervisor/manager. Follow property specific procedures for handling emergencies. Use proper equipment and wear appropriate personal protective clothing, and perform correct lifting procedures, as necessary, to avoid injury. Maintain awareness of unauthorized persons on property premises.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

________ The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. Physical Tasks Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Move, lift/carry, push/pull, and place objects weighing less than 20 lbs without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Maintain Spa/Salon Environment Maintain appearance of spa locker room/lounge areas by cleaning as needed throughout shift. Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper area. Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Notify Engineering of spa/salon maintenance and repair needs• May perform other tasks as required or assigned

Service Providers • Minimum Requirements o 1+ years of Customer Service Experience o Must be 18 Years of Age or Older o Ability to multi-task with a smile o Manage service guests and service providers with equal attention o Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail Desire to network o Passion for the beauty industry
