Your Role Will Involve:

Providing exceptional hair services (cuts, color, styling, treatments) tailored to client needs and salon standards. (Assistants will focus on supporting stylists, foundational services, and mastering techniques under guidance). Conducting thorough client consultations to understand goals and recommend appropriate services and home care. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Upholding salon cleanliness and sanitation standards. Actively participating in team meetings and ongoing education. Recommending and selling professional hair care products.
