Responsibilities Assist stylists with hair styling, coloring and hair extensions, to ensure smooth service delivery Prepare clients for services by performing consultations and explaining treatments clearly Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly Support store management with inventory management, product merchandising, and retail upselling to enhance sales opportunities Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration Previous experience working in the beauty industry or cosmetology background preferred Knowledge of hair care techniques including hair coloring, hair styling, and hair extensions Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to uphold health standards Basic retail skills for upselling products and managing retail sales efficiently Certification or training in barbering or cosmetology is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Embark on an exciting journey in the beauty world by supporting talented stylists and delighting clients every day!
