We're seeking someone organized, professional, welcoming, and comfortable helping patients choose and book services. Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience in English and Spanish.
- Answer calls and messages, explain services, and schedule appointments.
- Manage the calendars of all staff members, keeping appointments, availability, and schedule changes organized.
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients to answer questions, confirm appointments, and help them book their next visit.
- Check patients in and out, process payments, and support retail and service sales.
- Monitor product and supply inventory and report items that need to be reordered.
- Keep the reception area organized and support smooth daily operations. Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Previous front desk experience in a med spa, aesthetic practice, or similar setting.
- Experience managing multiple providers' schedules and processing payments.
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and sales skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, dependable attitude.
- Ability to handle patient information with discretion.
