Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and address any questions or concerns professionally. Stay current with industry trends and new techniques in laser hair removal, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic procedures. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in waxing services and skincare treatments. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols essential for maintaining hygiene standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with salon management software such as

MINDBODY

for scheduling and client record management. Skilled in various aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal, facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, barbering, and skin tinting. Ability to perform hair threading with precision and care. Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote skincare products and additional services confidently.
