Ideal candidate will have:

1 year supervisor background. 1 year customer service Computer systems knowledge. Cashing handling skills and proficiency with computer systems.

Shift Pattern:

Varied-AM PM. Open availability required including weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Supervise health club operations: Support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon Lead the health club team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience Provide hands-on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
