As our Beautician, you will: Provide haircuts, styling, perms, and other salon services for both men and women. Create a welcoming, comfortable experience by listening and responding to each resident's needs. Manage the beauty shop's daily operations, appointments, service records, payments, supplies, and inventory. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized salon that follows all state and federal requirements. What You Bring Current Indiana cosmetologist license required . Previous beauty shop experience required; five or more years preferred. Experience working with older adults preferred. Up-to-date hair-cutting, styling, and perming skills. Warm, respectful communication and strong listening skills. Ability to process sales transactions, collect payments, and maintain inventory.
