In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall ambiance of our spa facilities, ensuring every guest experiences comfort and tranquility. Responsibilities Wash, dry, and put away dishes and treatment-area supplies

• Fold and organize laundry Vacuum Maintain clean, tidy treatment and common areas
• Pull and organize client charts while maintaining confidentiality Prepare and plate supplies for client facial treatments, including gathering measuring spoons and other necessary materials Send appointment confirmation texts to clients Assist with opening and/or closing duties
• Support the team with additional cleaning, organizing, and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Comfortable performing cleaning, laundry, and general support duties Able to follow instructions and prepare treatment supplies accurately after training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Respectful of client privacy and confidentiality Reliable attendance and punctuality Comfortable using messaging system to send appointment confirmations Able to work independently and as part of a hospitality team Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, customer service, or a spa environment is helpful but not required Must be coachable and willing to take direction Must be able to stand, bend, lift light supplies, and perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the workday Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort that elevates the guest experience!
