Job Description

Front Desk Associate - Tanning & Spa Salt & Sol Studio is looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing Front Desk Associate to join our team in South Yarmouth. This is a customer-facing position perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming, upbeat environment.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in clients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Assisting clients with tanning packages, memberships, and services Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records Cleaning and sanitizing tanning beds and keeping the studio neat Helping promote services, specials, and memberships Light social media assistance when needed Opening and/or closing responsibilities depending on shift We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, personable, and comfortable talking with clients Reliable and punctual Organized and able to multitask Comfortable with phones, scheduling, and basic computer/POS systems Willing to learn about UV tanning, spray tanning, and our other studio services Customer service, retail, spa, tanning, or beauty industry experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
