We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Beautician to provide hair care and grooming services to our residents. The ideal candidate enjoys working with seniors, creates a welcoming and comfortable environment, and helps our residents feel their very best.

Responsibilities:

Provide haircuts, styling, shampooing, coloring, and other salon services to residents Maintain a clean, safe, and organized salon environment in accordance with health and safety standards Build positive relationships with residents, ensuring services are delivered with patience, kindness, and respect Schedule and manage resident appointments efficiently Maintain salon equipment and report any needed repairs or supplies Collaborate with nursing home staff to ensure residents' needs and preferences are met

Qualifications:

Current cosmetology/beautician license in the state. Previous experience as a beautician, preferably working with older adults Strong interpersonal and communication skills Patience, compassion, and the ability to make residents feel comfortable Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Why Join Us?
