Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Spa Associate to join our Piscataway team! In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist clients with their spa experiences, and support daily operations. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties Efficiently scheduling, greeting and checking clients in and out in a warm and friendly manner. Handling both cash and card transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Promoting and selling memberships, products and gift cards to clients. Assisting clients select spa services, complete forms and other customer service inquiries. Maintain cleanliness, organization and sanitation standards throughout the spa; including completing laundry throughout the duration of your shift. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability in sales and upselling techniques. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Basic knowledge of massage and facial services is a plus but not required. Experience with Zenoti booking system is a plus but not required.

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
