Ciao Hair Salon is growing, and we are looking for a licensed Stylist Assistant to join our team. We are a busy, well-established, upscale salon serving clients throughout Niagara County. This position is ideal for someone who wants hands-on salon experience, continued education, and the opportunity to grow into a successful stylist while learning from an experienced team. Responsibilities Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for salon services Assist stylists during color, cutting, and styling appointments Perform blowouts and other services based on experience Prepare and maintain salon stations Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and work areas Help keep the salon organized, stocked, and running efficiently Greet clients and help create a welcoming, elevated experience Learn Ciao Hair Salon's service standards and techniques Qualifications Must hold a current New York State cosmetology license Professional, dependable, and eager to learn Friendly and comfortable interacting with clients Passionate about the beauty industry and current hair trends Able to work efficiently in a busy salon environment Willing to support the salon team wherever needed Interested in developing skills and growing into a stylist position Why Join Ciao Hair Salon?
