Pay:

From $18.00/per hour Job title/ description: Spa Attendant This position is an integral part of our luxury spa experience. It is a back of the house position which ensures the spa is clean, stocked and flowing throughout the day.

Duties:

• Cleaning and maintaining standards in all public areas, treatment rooms and amenities ( locker rooms, sauna and relaxation areas)
• Fold and put away towels, robes and sheets from the laundry room throughout the day
• Escort guests to the spa area and locker rooms
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure 5 star guest satisfaction
• Offer tea, snacks and heated neck wraps to all guests
• Assist therapists in turning over and preparing treatment rooms for guests
• Check on guests comfort levels when in the relaxation lounge

Requirements:

• Strong sence of urgency, organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order and ability to multitask
• Fluent in English with an effective ability to communicate with guests and team members
