In this role, you will be the go-to expert for precise hair threading and a variety of aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty. Your energetic approach and passion for skincare and beauty services will create an inviting atmosphere where clients feel confident and cared for. Two locations:

Gem City Eyebrows Kettering and Gem City Eyebrows The Greene Duties Perform professional hair threading to shape eyebrows, upper lip, chin, and other facial areas with precision and care. We offer threading for full face to our clients. Upsell additional threading services such upper lip or chin threading when possible Support the delivery of waxing services such as body waxing and facial waxing to ensure smooth, flawless results Maintain strict sanitation procedures before, during, and after each service to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met Utilize salon software systems to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently using a digital POS system Communicate effectively with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments within our scope of services Promote retail sales of makeup products to enhance client results and boost revenue Requirements Be 18 years or older Proven experience working in the beauty industry, especially with hair threading Resume outlining work experience and educational background 3 legitimate professional work references required Must be open to working out of two locations (listed above) Reliable transportation to and from work sites Knowledge of salon software platforms for appointment management and client communication Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about their beauty needs and service options Certification or licensing in threading is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided for qualified candidates Join us as a Threading Technician and become part of a passionate team dedicated to empowering clients through beauty.
