The Part-Time Beautician work approximately 15 hours/week and provides services to residents in the Kindred Place Salon at times that are convenient for our residents.

Duties include:

Provide haircuts, shampoos, and styling; hair coloring; perms; beard trimming; and other cosmetology services. Scheduling appointments and communicating with residents; Submitting charge slips for services provided; Placing equipment/supply orders, as needed; Maintaining a clean, safe environment; Sanitizing equipment; and, Building meaningful relationships and providing social interactions.

Requirements:

Current PA Cosmetology License Ability to deal tactfully with residents, families, visitors, and co-workers; and, The willingness to work harmoniously with others. EOE
