Answering phone calls Booking and Coordinating appointments Greeting members/guests upon arrival Assist in maintaining a professional spa front desk and reception area Assists in spa administrative tasks Data entry of spa client records Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas Connecting with clients Must be able to work flexible hours including some weekends Enthusiastic and a self starter Able to work independently Provide excellent customer service Selling Memberships (will train) General cleaning As a Front Desk Spa Associate, you are the first person to make a positive impression on our clients and to help them to enjoy a custom massage experience. We will train you on everything you need to know and help you to facilitate an outstanding experience. There is opportunity for growth in this position. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to grow into a Front Desk Management role. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
