Who We're Looking For Experienced Spa Front Desk Associates or professionals with sales and membership experience in a spa, salon, or fitness center . College students or graduates in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management are also encouraged to apply. Mature, confident, and highly motivated individuals who are goal-oriented , organized , and comfortable with technology and POS systems. Team players who thrive in a calm, green spa environment while maintaining high productivity and efficiency. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese/English or Spanish/English is a plus Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum one year of front desk, membership sales, or retail sales experience (required) Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed performance goals Exceptional communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Proficient with computers, Internet use, and Meevo Spa POS (required) Canva design or social media marketing experience is a plus Reliable transportation and punctuality required Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin Chinese is a plus
