Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Electrologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide professional hair removal services using electrolysis techniques, ensuring clients receive safe, effective, and comfortable treatments. Responsibilities Perform electrolysis hair removal treatments with precision, adhering to safety and sanitation procedures Consult with clients to determine their individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans Maintain a clean and sterile workspace, following all sanitation protocols and industry standards Educate clients on post-treatment care and answer any questions regarding their skin or hair removal process Use booking software systems to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage treatment notes Promote retail sales of skincare products and other beauty treatments to support client goals and business growth Skills Proven experience working as an Electrologist or in a related beauty industry role with knowledge of electrolysis techniques Strong understanding of electrolysis, skin, hair stages, healing and proper treatment protocols Proficiency with appointment management and client communication Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Knowledge of sanitation procedures, sterilization practices, and safety standards in a clinical environment

Pay:

MUST BE ELECTROLYSIS CERTIFIED

Pay is dependent on skill level from $25 plus tips an hour to maximum rate of $40 an hour plus tips if completely proficient and speed is professional. End of year bonus based on revenue brought in Join us if you're eager to make a positive impact on clients' confidence while honing your skills in a vibrant, supportive setting. This is a contract position where you can make your hours based on popular times that clients book! Saturdays are very sought after by clients and a popular day to make hours! We request that you do work 2 or more Saturdays a month.
