Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service Assist with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including upselling body contouring services (which gives you the potential to earn more!) Educate clients about our services & treatments Handle transactional operations accurately, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and POS Promote our services through effective communication (which we will thouroughly train you on) Maintain a clean, organized environment by sanitizing treatment areas, and supporting overall clinic cleanliness Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when scheduling appointments or answering client inquiries Support supervising staff with daily operational tasks and ensure compliance with company policies Requirements Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with POS systems would be a plus but not necessary Supervising experience in a customer service or retail setting is a plus Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner Experience in upselling products or services to maximize sales opportunities & your salary Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and attention to detail A positive & out going personality
