We are searching for a contracted Hair Stylist to primarily support residents in our Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center. This role requires exceptional customer service and alignment with our mission to Help Others Achieve Their Best Possible Life. This is a unique opportunity to absorb clients within our existing salon space located in our facility. Hours can be flexible; however, they need to be predictable for scheduling purposes.

Successful candidates will:

Possess a strong foundation in various hair styling techniques and have experience with all hair types. Be comfortable with delivering on customer requests and building lasting relationships with clients in a welcoming environment. Provide high-quality hair services, including cuts and coloring tailored to individual client needs. Maintain a clean and organized workstation by adhering to sanitation protocols and salon standards. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions. Collaborate with the business office as appropriate for resident charges. Demonstrate the ability to follow all applicable health codes. Work with facility staff to ensure good coordination of services for the resident. The facility provides supplies and equipment necessary for services.

Requirements:

Experience in this setting desired. Provide proof of liability insurance. Washington State Cosmetology License required. Authorized to work with vulnerable populations and successfully pass a background check. Independent Contractor Arrangement This is a contracted, independent contractor position and is not an employment position with Panorama. The intent of this arrangement is for the selected stylist to operate out of the facility's space while providing services to Panorama residents. The stylist will establish their own service pricing and compensation rates. Panorama does not set the stylist's service prices or compensation. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining all licenses, insurance, and other business requirements applicable to their independent practice.
