JAMS Vault is a brand-new collectibles store opening at The District of Chesterfield, right next to The Factory. We're building something a little different from the traditional card shop. JAMS will feature trading cards, movie props, memorabilia, custom framing, live selling, events, tournaments, and a whole lot of weird/cool stuff you probably won't find anywhere else. We're looking for a Trading Card Specialist / Customer Service team member who genuinely knows and loves the hobby. We're especially interested in people knowledgeable about: Pokémon

The Gathering Riftbound Union Arena Other TCGs and collectible card games Experience working in a card shop is preferred, but we're also interested in serious collectors and players who know the hobby inside and out. What You'll Be Doing You'll help customers find products, answer questions, talk cards, assist newer collectors and players, help with inventory and displays, and be part of our in-store events and TCG community. We're not looking for someone who just wants to stand behind a register. We want people who can talk to the experienced collector hunting a specific card, but who can also help a parent who walks in and has absolutely no idea what their kid means when they ask for "One Piece cards." If you play competitively or casually, even better. We want JAMS to become a place where people don't just come to buy cards — they come to play, trade, hang out, and be part of the community. Who We're Looking For You'd probably be a great fit if you: Actually collect and/or play TCGs Have strong knowledge of several major card games Enjoy talking with people about the hobby Can provide great customer service without sounding like a salesperson Are dependable, friendly, and comfortable in a busy environment Keep up with new releases, products, sets, and trends Can help beginners without making them feel like beginners Want to help build tournaments, events, and a real local card community Card shop experience is a big plus. Knowledge of grading, card condition, singles, sealed products, deck building, organized play, tournaments, or buying/trading is also a plus. Vault is opening at The District of Chesterfield, one of the busiest entertainment destinations in the St. Louis area and home to The Factory. We're building a store around the stuff we genuinely love: trading cards, collectibles, movie props, memorabilia, custom displays, gaming, live selling, and events.

The goal is pretty simple:

make JAMS a ridiculously fun place to work and an even better place to hang out. If you're already spending your free time collecting cards, building decks, playing, trading, watching breaks, or arguing with your friends about which TCG is better, we'd love to hear from you. Pay:
