As a Head Spa Specialist, you will set the standard for professionalism, sanitation, and customer satisfaction while inspiring your team to excel in their craft. Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily spa operations, ensuring all treatments meet the highest standards of quality and safety Deliver relaxing scalp, neck, and shoulder massage therapies such as deep tissue massage to enhance client satisfaction Conduct professional product demonstrations and educate clients on scalp and hair retail products Manage client consultations to recommend personalized aesthetic treatments Maintain impeccable sanitation standards across all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations Train and mentor staff on new techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence Promote retail sales by engaging clients with product demos and tailored recommendations Support team development through ongoing coaching in communication skills, client communication, and service delivery Requirements Skilled in head spa services using head spa halo and all features and attachments Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a spa environment Background in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required; additional certifications in laser treatments or advanced aesthetic procedures preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and understand their needs Sales experience with a focus on retail product demos and client upselling techniques Ability to stay current with industry trends in aesthetic treatments and skincare innovations Join us as a Head Spa Specialist to elevate our clients' experience through expert care, innovative treatments, and inspiring leadership.
