5%-10% on package sales About the Position We're looking for a competitive, sales-driven individual with a strong background in sales and a passion for health and fitness to help lead our Body Contouring & Wellness Programs. Our ideal candidate comes from a competitive sports background, is highly motivated by commission, and has proven sales skills. About RISE Modern Wellness RISE Modern Wellness is an advanced wellness and recovery studio located in Chandler, Arizona. We offer innovative services including body contouring, whole-body cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, IV vitamin therapy, peptides, and more. Our mission is to help people look, feel, and perform their best through advanced wellness technology, personalized programs, and ongoing coaching. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and helping clients achieve meaningful health and body transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Consultations:

Meet with new clients, understand their goals, and recommend personalized body contouring and wellness packages.

Package Sales:

Present and close high-value wellness and body transformation programs.

Body Contouring Treatments:

Operate our advanced body slimming and body sculpting devices following established treatment protocols.

Wellness Programs:

Educate clients on our comprehensive wellness offerings, including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and medically supervised peptide, IV, and IM programs.

Client Coaching:

Guide clients throughout their programs, track progress, provide accountability, and help them stay consistent.

Relationship Building:

Develop strong client relationships that generate referrals, renewals, and long-term results. Qualifications Strong sales background required — confident presenting offers, overcoming objections, and closing sales. Competitive sports or athletic background strongly preferred. Highly motivated by commissions and performance-based earnings. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and helping others. Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working toward sales goals. Experience in fitness sales, personal training, aesthetics, medspas, or wellness is a plus. Previous body contouring experience is not required. Comprehensive training is provided.

Compensation & Benefits High Commission Opportunities:

Earn 5%-10% commission on qualifying package sales, with additional performance-based earning potential.
