We are a fast-paced, results-driven medical aesthetics practice focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and customized treatment plans. We are looking for someone who is confident in their clinical skills, passionate about aesthetics, and excited to grow their clientele and career alongside a high-performing team. This is an hourly + commission position , with commission earned on gross service and retail sales. What You'll Do As an Aesthetician & Laser Technician at The Perfect Dose, you will: Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments safely, confidently, and according to established protocols Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans based on each patient's goals Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, pre
•and post-care, and realistic expectations Recommend professional skincare products and complementary services when appropriate Build strong, long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and follow-up Consistently rebook patients and help them progress through comprehensive treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Take high-quality before-and-after photos and assist with tracking treatment outcomes Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, and clinical standards Collaborate closely with injectors, fellow aestheticians, patient care coordinators, and leadership Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, events, promotions, and practice initiatives Contribute to individual and location goals for service revenue, retail, retention, and overall patient experience Treatments & Technology Our aesthetic providers work with a diverse menu of advanced treatments and technologies, including: Candela laser platforms Sciton laser and light-based technologies Cartessa aesthetic devices SkinPen microneedling Ultherapy DiamondGlow Medical-grade chemical peels Laser hair removal Advanced skin rejuvenation treatments Medical-grade skincare Experience with every device or treatment listed above is not required , but candidates should have a strong foundation in medical aesthetics and be comfortable learning new technologies and protocols.
Who We're Looking For Required:
Current Arizona aesthetics licensure Current laser certification/licensure required to perform laser treatments in Arizona Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic and laser experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or comparable medical aesthetics environment Experience performing consultations and developing treatment plans Strong understanding of skin health, aesthetic treatments, and professional skincare Comfortable recommending and selling both services and retail products Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced, team-oriented environment Professional, polished, dependable, and coachable Comfortable receiving feedback, tracking performance, and working toward individual and team goals Availability to work a full-time schedule, including select
Saturdays Preferred:
Experience with Candela, Sciton, Cartessa, SkinPen, Ultherapy, and/or DiamondGlow Established knowledge of medical-grade skincare Experience working in a high-volume, performance-driven medical aesthetics practice Strong consultation, rebooking, treatment planning, and retail skills Compensation $20
