DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional customer service. As a part-time Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of skin care services to our clients, including facials, waxing, and other esthetic treatments. You will work closely with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Smile and Greet, Name and Meet, Thank you, and Goodbye! Responsible for cleaning of esthetician areas and spa to accommodate the 4 diamond standards. Provide a wide range of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare treatments. Perform consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services and products. Educate clients on skincare regimens, products, and treatments to maintain healthy skin. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards. Keep accurate records of each service provided, including client notes and follow-up recommendations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and techniques through continuing education. Promote and sell skincare products and packages to enhance client results and experience. Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products. Upsells the services and retail products. Attends appropriate resort and departmental meetings Responsible for cleaning massage therapy rooms & other areas of the spa Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds and push or pull 100. Performs other duties as assigned Must pass a pre-employment drug test. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to: Hear, reach, see, and walk for 67-100% of the workday. Eye/hand coordination for 67-100% of the workday. Stand for 80-90% of the workday. Bend and twist for 1-33% of the workday. Ability to perform massage services for extended periods. Stamina to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED A current esthetician license issued by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology Minimum 1 year of related experience required.
INDIAN PREFERENCE
Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes. To be considered for Indian Preference, you must submit your Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) with your application.
