•Glendale, AZ Arizona MedLaser is seeking a motivated and professional Dual-Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Technician to join our Glendale team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about skincare, aesthetics, laser treatments, and helping clients achieve their goals. We are looking for a team member who provides exceptional client care, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is interested in growing with an expanding medical spa. What You'll Do Perform laser hair removal and other approved laser treatments Provide professional aesthetic and skincare treatments Perform non-invasive body contouring services, including Lipo Cavitation, Radio Frequency, and Cryo Fat Freeze Consult with clients about their aesthetic concerns and treatment goals Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare, and aftercare Recommend appropriate skincare products, enhancements, and additional services Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records Use spa management software for appointments and treatment information Keep treatment rooms and equipment clean, organized, and properly sanitized Create a welcoming and professional experience for every client Qualifications Dual licensing is required for this position.

Applicants must have:

Current Arizona Aesthetician License Current Arizona Laser Technician certification/license as applicable to the services performed Ability to perform services within the applicable Arizona scope of practice Excellent communication and customer-service skills Strong attention to detail and organization Confidence discussing treatment recommendations and skincare products A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work efficiently in a busy medical spa environment Preferred Experience Previous experience in aesthetics, laser treatments, medical spas, skincare, beauty, wellness, sales, or another customer-facing environment is preferred.
